If you own a bakkie or truck, eBakkie turns it into an income. You choose when you work — go online when you want trips, go offline when you are done.
What you need
- A valid South African driving licence (front and back photos).
- A clear profile photo of yourself.
- Your vehicle: make, model, colour and registration, plus a photo of the vehicle and its licence disc.
- An Android phone with the eBakkie app installed — this is your work tool.
The process
- Register as a driver on the app or at www.ebakkie.co.za/become-a-driver.
- Upload your documents (see our document photo guide — good photos get approved much faster).
- Our review usually happens within the hour, around the clock. You will get an email when you are approved.
- Add your vehicle and upload its licence disc so it can be approved too.
- Go online and start accepting trips.
