Tracking your delivery and chatting with your driver

From the moment a driver accepts, you can watch them approach on the map in real time. The trip moves through clear statuses: driver on the way to pickup, arrived, goods loaded and en route, and delivered.

Open your active trip and use the chat button to message the driver, or call them directly. Use chat for gate codes, complex directions, or "please call when you arrive" notes — the driver sees your messages in their app immediately.

When the driver reaches your drop-off point the trip completes and you will see the final fare. You can then rate the driver — ratings keep quality high for everyone.
