The Earnings tab shows your total earnings, commission, net earnings and completed trips for the day, week or month.
How commission works
- eBakkie charges a service commission per completed trip.
- On cash trips you collect the full fare from the customer, and the commission is deducted from your eBakkie wallet after the trip completes.
- On online-paid trips your net earnings are credited to you.
Keep your wallet out of the red
If your wallet balance goes negative (from cash-trip commissions), new trip requests are paused until you top it up. If you are online but nothing is coming in, check your balance first — it is the most common reason.
