You can create an eBakkie account with your phone number (we send you a one-time PIN) or with your email address and a password. Google sign-in is also available.

Signing in on the app

Open the app, choose Phone or Email, enter your details and tap Sign In. If you forget your password, use "Forgot password?" and we will email you a reset link.

Use the same email or phone number everywhere — your account works on both the app and the website.
